Experienced Tenant Representative Tyler Hardy Joins Savills Studley’s Industrial Division in Chicago

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, has appointed Tyler Hardy as a Managing Director of the firm’s industrial division in Chicago. Tyler will add his acquisition and disposition expertise to the firm’s growing industrial team in Chicago, and is one of several high-profile professionals to have joined the firm recently.

“Expanding our team to execute complex solutions for our industrial clients is an important goal for this office and the firm at large,” said Eric Feinberg, Senior Vice President, Co-Head Chicago Region for Savills Studley. “Adding a professional with Tyler’s background and skill set for working with occupiers will only strengthen our industrial practice.”

In his new role, Hardy will work with Senior Managing Bruce McConnell to develop and expand the existing roster of industrial clients in the greater Chicago area, as well as on a national and global basis. Prior to Savills Studley, Hardy served as a vice president of acquisitions and dispositions at JLL, where he was responsible for sourcing and completing a variety of projects for his clients, including acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, subleases and strategic planning assignments. Before his time at JLL, he led a national practice group of industrial professionals focused on the disposition of industrial facilities at Grubb & Ellis. He began his career at CBRE as an industrial specialist and was the lead account manager for Scott’s Miracle Grow.

Hardy graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Decision Sciences. He is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).

The expansion of the industrial services group at Savills Studley is part of company’s strategic North American growth plan.
