More than 500,000 sq ft of warehouse space comes to market in King’s Lynn

On behalf of Gardman Ltd, Savills jointly with SBH, have been appointed to market four prime distribution units on Hamlin Way and Clenchwarton Road in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

All formally occupied by the garden products supplier, the unit on Hamlin Way provides 332,641 sq ft (30,808 sq m) of warehouse space, available to let at the passing rent of £1.12 per sq ft (£12.13 per sq m). A further three units on Clenchwarton Road, ranging in size from 173,855 sq ft (16,151 sq m) to 31,897 sq ft (2,963 sq m), are also on offer from £1.25 per sq ft (£13.51 per sq m).
