Seacourt Tower in Oxford fully let following flurry of lettings

31 October 2017

The landmark Seacourt Tower, owned by BA Pension Fund,  is now fully occupied following the completion of letting of 5,699 sq ft (529 sq m) of office space to Vencap International PLC by joint leasing agents Savills and VSL. This follows a string of deals in the building during 2017 totalling 13,700 sq ft (1,272 sq m) to Reed Global, Handelsbanken, Brewin Dolphin and Boeing.

Seacourt Tower is a high quality office building set over nine floors and is home to occupiers including Blake Morgan Solicitors, GFK and AKS Ward. Located in Botley the building is approximately one mile from Oxford rail station and is situated in an established business district.

Nick Berrill, director in the business space team at Savills Oxford, comments: “We are delighted that Seacourt Tower is now fully let and that we achieved a rent of up to £27.50 per sq ft. The building provides much needed high quality office accommodation with parking on the ring road, yet  is easily accessible to the City centre by both road and train, making it ideal for commuters.”

Vencap were advised by Carter Jonas.
